Defective Products:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please follow our return process.
Return Method:
All returns must be made by mail. Please include your original receipt and a valid photo ID with your return.
Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee for returns made within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Processing Time:
We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
